What to do in New York in 3 days

First day: see some of New York’s most iconic places

For the first day of your trip to New York, we advise you to go directly to the iconic Empire State Building- a place full of history, which makes New York such a tourism capital. Upon reaching the top of the monument, you will have an unobstructed view of the entire of the city. Continue to soak up the New York atmosphere by taking a detour on 34th Avenue, and between the department stores you will discover the lively and buzzing feeling that New York has. To end this first day, visit the Natural History Museum and then watch a sports game at Madison Square Garden, where you will be right in the heart of the city.

Second day: Liberty Island

For this second day of your trip to New York, you will head to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island which you can do in an round boat trip from Battery Park. You can admire this remarkable monument and Ellis Island, which welcomed the first of the immigration into New York City and you can learn about the history of the city, built in parallel with the continuous arrival of foreigners from all over the world. Then take a shopping spree at Century 21 and end your day of walking and exploring, with a musical on Broadway.

Third day: culture and escape

To begin this third day in New York, go to Ground Zero- the memorial of 9/11, which retraces this dramatic and moving event that shook the city in 2001. On leaving this site, head to Central Park, a must-see for tourism in New York. You will walk around here in the midst of squirrels and boats, and will be able to recognise so many places from films and TV series’. Complete your stay by visiting the MET, the Museum of Arts, and climb up the Rockafeller Center, to get another unforgettable landscape of the city.
