Room in Albuixech, an ideal and perfect location in Valencia. Renovated, equipped and furnished apartment, ideal to move into without any worries. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, the room has a bed, nightstand and shoe closet. You also have appliances including microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and heater.
Price of the single room €400 with expenses included.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
The amount of expenses includes (water, electricity and Wi-Fi) and cleaning of common areas. Demonstrable income is required (last 2 payslips and employment contract). 1 monthly deposit to be agreed upon and a current monthly payment are requested.
