Une femme de ménage peut venir si vous le souhaitez. Tant que vous êtes présents, vous êtes responsables de l'hygiène de la chambre. Tout se discute. La chambre reste un lieu ponctuel d'habitation. Je ne recherche pas un locataire à l'année. A l'extérieur, vous pourrez, si le temps le permet, profiter de la terrasse. A proximité de la maison, le métro et des bus se trouvent à seulement 1 minute. Le quartier est tranquille, avec des rues à sens unique et des maisons qui se suivent.
